Very helpful, came out did the job and gave many suggestions for preventive maintenance. No extra fees or sale pitch to add on for a higher bill. Will definitely add them as the go to guys for our Hvac needs.

I accidentally ran over the Freon pressurized pipe for the ac with my lawn mower. On a Sunday of course. I was so upset, calling everywhere I could to get quotes. Every place I called, and it was a ton of places available 24/7, quoted me at at least $1600 and said it would take hours to replace and they couldn’t get to it same day. Called Duncan, they were here within the hour, fixed it within an hour and charged me $561. They are amazing! Will forever use this company!!!! So kind, helpful, fast, trustworthy, and they don’t take advantage of you and price gouge. Thank you, Duncan!!!!

Saturday night we called Duncan about 8pm. The temp outside was 101 degrees. Our A/C quit working completely. By 9:30 pm, the technician had the system up and running like new. Unbelievable customer service. Thanks again. B Brunson

We called Duncan because we had a plumbing issue with our toilet, bathtub, and washer. Justin showed up quickly and was very professional. He explained all the issues that caused the clogged pipe and fixed it quickly. He was very thorough and I would definitely call him again if we have any other plumbing or AC issues.

Duncan office and teams are fantastic. Dustin and Braxton are ones who anwsered our service call on a very short notice. Professional, knowledgeable and very personable. This dynamic duo we will in furture services request by name. Dustin is upfront about whats needed, suggested and necessary. Price quotes are VERY reasonable and better than competitors. I'm grateful I was given a referral from another heating/ac representative who was unable to assist. Definitely this home is now a Duncan services home.
